I am a composer at the University of Maine at Farmington. My style tends to lean towards melodic, organic sounds, but I love interrupting them with mechanical ones. I love beautiful melodies and deep harmonies, but rhythm is my favorite aspect of music. My goal is to make music that is simple and complex. It should be simple enough that anyone can listen to it and enjoy without a large background in classical music, but complex enough that the performers and classical music buffs and enjoy it too.
